Xpresspost and FEDEX deliveries will be carried out as quickly as possible unless notified regarding delay. Tracking numbers will be provided upon request. Please note that regular mail shipments can not be tracked. Most orders are packaged in a flat puffy brown envelope with no written signs of jewellery inside unless instructed to do so with customs forms on U.S Xpresspost envelopes. Earrings and other crushable jewellery are packaged in flat gift boxes and shipped in brown flat envelopes. Please request a gift box (if desired) at no charge.
