Your order will be packaged and delivered to the Post Office within 24 hours unless otherwise notified about a delay. 

***Please allow a full 3 business days for gold orders to be completed before packaging and delivery to the Post Office***

An order received on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will be packaged and delivered to the Post Office on Monday.  Your package is travelling from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.  Please note that there is no Post Office delivery on Canadian statuatory holidays.

Xpresspost and FEDEX deliveries will be carried out as quickly as possible unless notified regarding delay. Tracking numbers will be provided upon request. Please note that regular mail shipments can not be tracked.


Most orders are packaged in a flat puffy brown envelope with no written signs of jewellery inside unless instructed to do so with customs forms on U.S Xpresspost envelopes.

Earrings and other crushable jewellery are packaged in flat gift boxes and shipped in brown flat envelopes. Please request a gift box (if desired) at no charge.
